A Páscoa está chegando



Mesmo sabendo que vamos engordar com aquelas delícias todas de chocolate, gostamos da Páscoa, não é mesmo...
A dica é meu site preferido de receitas para bolos, cookies, biscottis, cupcakes etc...etc...etc...


Chocolate Torte:

1 cup (226 grams) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
9 ounces (255 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
6 large eggs, separated
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar, divided
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Chocolate Whipped Cream:

1 cup (236 ml) heavy whipping cream that is ultra pasteurized
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoon (35 grams) granulated white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (I use Dutch-processed)

Garnish:

Mini Robin Eggs (candy coated malted milk candy) or other Easter Candy
